Full disclosure, I’m stealing this blog post idea from Aaron, who stole it from Jess. I knew she had blogged about it a few weeks ago but I had forgotten about it. I guess it wasn’t that memorable. That was a joke, Jess!
They both used the title: 101 Things That Make Me Happy. I’ve changed it to 101 Things I Like.
Why? Well, I like orange juice with the pulp. Does it make me happy? No. It gives me a sore throat. I still like it, though, because its intentions were good. And it makes me feel like I’m drinking something disgusting on Fear Factor and actually enjoying it.

Heellllooooooo, once you see a panda go down a slide, your world changes, and cat videos don’t seem that interesting anymore haha.

There are too many cat videos, so yes, you’re right haha I love Mrs. Doubtfire. So incredibly much.

I actually did read the whole thing, I just read really fast, so it looks like I skim posts. NOT TRUE. I think skimming is mean unless the post is boring. (Which has only happened on your blog when you commentated on that TV show I haven’t watched and didn’t care about…) I think about 94.6% of these would be on my list too. Just reading this made me happy! 😀

I read through it too and realized it was an incredibly quick read haha. Glad it made you happy!

I like the smell of fresh tennis balls, more than the tennis balls, themselves. Is that poem-worthy? I’m debating stealing the idea from you and from Aaron and from Jess.

So true about the smell of fresh tennis balls! That’s exactly what I was thinking of when I said I liked them lol. Yes, steal the idea!

I loved this. We have many similarities. At first I thought 101 is a lot, but that’s because I too often focus on the negative in myself. I might borrow this idea sometime. 🙂 You’re an interesting man Paul! (PS: 82 – I have a dirty mind and this might have been too much information… 🙂 )

Hahaha of all the things on here to turn dirty. I didn’t think I’d get to 101 but it didn’t take me long. You should do it 🙂

If that’s permission I will. And I love puns too and of songs and music and quotes and lyrics… I might use them. Definitely. Maybe. 🙂

#51 – I probably do that more than is healthy…
#66 – My birthday is March 6…

Haha a moon in the bushes. I say heeeellooooo at least once a day, even if it’s just to myself. It’s too addicting.

I want to do this next. I’m going to steal it, too!
Also, 12. is mean & 87. made me smile like the giddy emoji.

Darn it, and I was so close too. I can’t believe I stopped at 99, what was I thinking! Paul, do you think it might be possible to bend the Canadian rules for inclusion on the things you like 2016 list—assuming, of course, there will be a 2017 list? Otherwise… might I ask what the going rate for bribes in Canada are these days? Just in case the Canadian Mounties are reading this—WordPress asked that question, not me!—I’ll swear to that in court on a stack of flapjacks!

Hmm for 5 bottles of syrup, your best moose call, and 8 hockey sticks, I’m sure you’ll be a lock (wink, wink) (WordPress is watching), for the list in 2017. Throw in a pizza and you’ll make it on this list!

You got it, Paul! Uh… uh… uh I mean WordPress got it, and boy are they gonna get it—if the Mounties were listening. Not the 5 bottles of syrup, my best moose call (which happens to be a little rusty, because all I’ve managed to arouse has been a few alley cats, but I’ll keep working on it—the 8 sticks, and that pizza… those items are already in the mail. Bless you, bless you, bless you Paul—I MADE THE LIST! 😀

LOL you won’t have to worry, we got rid of the penny in Canada a few years ago.

Whew, thank goodness. “Honey… they don’t have a penny in Canada!” Saved again.

I’m stuck at work for the next 8hours and all I really want to do is go find out what fresh tennis balls smell like!!! FYI, Mrs Doubtfire has a Scottish accent, telling you this only because some Scottish people might be offended…I’m not cause you make me laugh and I love this list!! 🙂

Ahh! Thanks for letting me know! My whole world just crumbled beneath me, but thank you. I’ll be sure to fix it. A fresh pack of tennis balls is a delight. Currently working on a 101 dislikes list which will be up shortly, if you needed something else to kill time with!

Apologies for crumbling your world lol!

YES to #45, 46, 47. And #66…I’m a March baby, so love me! Just joking…but really, I also have an affinity for March and September birthdays, just because my oldest, best friend celebrates hers in September. Any case, good list! Perhaps I’ll do one, too.

Woooo! So many of my really good friends (minus a few) were born in those two months. It’s kinda crazy, but very intriguing too.

I agree with liking just about all this list…except for Liz the cafeteria cashier, who I never had the pleasure of meeting…I think. I am also not familiar with Peach’s Birthday Cake but I’m sure Mario throws a lovely party. I can’t sign on for liking thunderstorms however. Our power company takes one look at a darkening sky and throws the switch on the electric until they think the danger has passed. Not cool. Now, I must be off to open up a new pack of tennis balls…

That’s unfortunate about your power company! A thunderstorm hasn’t knocked out our power in years (knock on wood). Enjoy the tennis balls!

I read them all. It told me that you like food a lot.
I also like food. I’d like some food right now. Really anything you mentioned: pizza, crusty bread, BBQ… man I’m hungry. 🙂

Mmm I could go for all of those things right now.

101 is my favorite! LOL! Also- I feel like 94 were in some form or another, related to FOOD. And why I have never seen a PANDA go down a slide? It’s no wonder I’m still alive. I have so much left to see in the world! And- I trip over myself and catch myself once every 8 minutes. You’d have a field day. LOL. I feel like I’m always stealing your ideas! But maybe I’ll do this and call it something else and then it’s not stealing anymore. I’m becoming a “list” kind of person lately- they’re SO efficient and fun and then you don’t need to stress when to use a ; or a – or … or ( ) or [ ] I just wing it with that stuff and whatever happens STAYS! Enjoyed this so much!

Ha! 94 (Long escalator rides) did have to do with food. When I was a kid I went to a mall with a really long escalator that lead to the food court. I’d look over the railing and scout my options lolol. And yes! Steal this idea! I’m interested to see what you come up with.
LikeLiked by 1 person
The 94 thing was a total coincidence. I can be a genius by accident too sometimes, see? and oh escalators, malls, AND food courts are on my DISLIKE list to come! lol
LikeLiked by 1 person
Haha I hate malls especially around the holidays. Escalators are tricky to get on but once on they’re ok.
