Is that title cheesy enough for you? Good.
I’d like to thank Full Circle for nominating me. Please check out her blog!
Now then, let’s get down to business.
The challenge is to write a love poem in ten lines, each line with four words. Every line must contain the word ‘love.’ At the end, include your favourite quote about love, and then nominate others.
Fortunately for me, I have written many poems on this blog in the past and this one should be a breeze.
What’s that? I’ve only written one poem? Oh. Well it was kind of about love. See for yourself: An Ode To The Internet
How’s that for a shameless plug?
Okay, I’ve put off the poem for as long as I can. Here it goes.
WHAT IS LOVE
is love Watching above
is love right Here
is love A memory
is love noT clear
is love waIting patiently
is love cauSing fear
is love an ilLusion
is love follOwing near
is love life eVerlasting
is love changing gEar
As for my favourite quote about love, I thought I’d come up with my own.
“Find what you love and hold on to it like it’s a slice of pizza that someone is trying to steal out of your hands.” – Paul
Go ahead, quote me!
I nominate:
And everyone else who reads this post, consider yourself nominated as well.
Good luck, I mean it.
WOW, funny AND clever! Awesome poem! I’m impressed!!

At this point, if I have an opportunity to mention pizza in a blog post, I’m going to take it every time!
